This page is here to give you updates about 2019 taxes and our office during this challenging time. We will be updating this page daily as we monitor the situation.

How we are currently operating
Accounting services is among the listed necessary services, so we are still open for business.
We have implemented extensive sanitation practices and are wiping down desks, chairs, and pens in between each client and practicing social distancing by maintaining 6 feet of distance between all personnel and clients. All employee’s and clients visiting our offices are required to properly wear a mask. We generally have less than 8 people in our office at any one point in time.
While we are currently still open. If you want to come in we are meeting by appointment only. However, we strongly encourage you to work with us remotely. You can drop off documents or email them to us. We will then communicate with you via phone and email. See below for more details.
Remote tax return filing options:
- Drop off returns– Please include the best method to contact you with your documentation. We will work on your return and get in touch with you to finalize via email or phone. You can drop off at:
- Front desk
- After hours lock box
- Email returns– You can send your your documentation to us is via email. Please call the office at 801-483-1040 (SLC) or 801-226-3339 (Orem) to get the email address for the office or your preferred tax professional. We will work on your return and get in touch with you if we have questions and can finalize the return via email or phone.
- Dropbox or Google drive– If you are not able to encrypt your tax documents and email them to us another option is to load them to your Google drive or Dropbox account and then share that with us. Please call the office at 801-483-1040 (SLC) or 801-226-3339 (Orem) to get the email address for the office or your preferred tax professional.
Stimulus Payment Checks
In order to check to status of your Economic Impact Payment or get your payment information to the IRS go HERE
If you have a question or have not yet received your second Economic Impact Payment go HERE
It is required that you file a tax return in order to receive the economic impact payment. If you have not yet filed your 2018 or 2019 tax return is recommended that you do so as soon as possible.
If you do not normally need to file a tax return you can file a simplified return with the IRS HERE
